Hi! I’m Holly – a mum of two, founder of The Carol App, and a passionate advocate for mums everywhere. I am a Parenting Expert, 200-Hour Yoga Teacher, Qualified Classical Pilates Instructor, and Nutritional Health Coach. But most importantly, I’m someone who understands firsthand the challenges that come with motherhood, especially when it’s layered with past trauma and unresolved emotions.

My journey hasn’t been easy. As a young child, I witnessed my mum’s battle with aggressive cancer from the age of 10 until 17 when she sadly passed away. Those years were filled with immense stress, fear, and anxiety, emotions that I carried with me well into adulthood. For a long time, I didn’t realise how deeply those experiences had shaped me. I was working as a Health Coach, coaching hundreds' of patients through the NHS Diabetes Prevention Program each month and after hearing the same story over and over from my patients who were mums, I could see there was a direct link between living in fight or flight, poor nutrition and lifestyle choices and burnout as a parent. It wasn’t until I became a mum myself that everything came rushing to the surface for me. The overwhelm, the anxiety, the feeling of being constantly on edge—I wasn’t the parent I wanted to be. I knew something had to change, and that change had to start from within.

I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and healing, diving deep into the practices that I had learned over the years through yoga, Pilates, and nutrition. But it wasn’t just about the physical practices—it was about going inward, peeling back the layers, and self reflecting. I had to unravel the reasons behind my reactivity, anxiety, and stress, and it was through doing the internal work and implementing specific tools and strategies that I began to find peace.

Using tools like meditation, mindful breathing, journaling, and proper nutrition, I started to heal. I began to understand why I felt the way I did, and most importantly, I learned how to transform those feelings into calm, balance, and a deeper connection with myself and my family.

Now, my mission is to help other mums who may be feeling the same way. I want to share the strategies and tools that have made such a difference in my life. That’s why I created the Thrive Mama Webinar — designed to help you move from surviving to thriving in motherhood. This masterclass is about more than just tips and tricks; it’s about real transformation. It’s about finding your calm amidst the chaos, nurturing your body and mind, and becoming the mum you’ve always wanted to be.

If you’re ready to take that journey, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
