6-9 Months
1. Avocado and Banana Mash
   - Ingredients: 1 ripe avocado, 1 ripe banana
   - Instructions: Mash avocado and banana together until smooth. Serve immediately.

2. Sweet Potato Puree
   - Ingredients: 1 sweet potato
   - Instructions: Peel, steam, and puree the sweet potato until smooth.

3. Carrot and Apple Puree
   - Ingredients: 2 carrots, 1 apple
   - Instructions: Peel, steam, and puree carrots and apple together until smooth.

4. Pear and Spinach Puree
   - Ingredients: 2 pears, a handful of spinach
   - Instructions: Peel and steam pears with spinach. Puree until smooth.

5. Butternut Squash and Pea Puree
   - Ingredients: 1 cup butternut squash, ½ cup peas
   - Instructions: Steam squash and peas, then puree until smooth.

6. Pumpkin and Banana Puree
   - Ingredients: 1 cup pumpkin puree, 1 banana
   - Instructions: Mix pumpkin puree with mashed banana.

7. Broccoli and Pear Puree
   - Ingredients: 1 cup broccoli florets, 1 pear
   - Instructions: Steam broccoli and pear, then puree until smooth.

8. Apple and Prune Puree
   - Ingredients: 1 apple, 4 prunes
   - Instructions: Steam apple and prunes, then puree until smooth.

9. Peach and Oatmeal Puree
   - Ingredients: 1 peach, 2 tbsp oatmeal
   - Instructions: Steam peach and cook oatmeal, then blend together until smooth.

10. Zucchini and Pea Puree
    - Ingredients: 1 zucchini, ½ cup peas
    - Instructions: Steam zucchini and peas, then puree until smooth.


9-12 Months
11. Chicken and Veggie Mash
    - Ingredients: ½ chicken breast, 1 carrot, 1 potato
    - Instructions: Steam chicken and vegetables, then mash together.

12. Lentil and Sweet Potato Mash
    - Ingredients: ½ cup lentils, 1 sweet potato
    - Instructions: Cook lentils and steam sweet potato, then mash together.

13. Apple and Blueberry Compote
    - Ingredients: 1 apple, ½ cup blueberries
    - Instructions: Steam apple and blueberries, then mash together.

14. Turkey and Vegetable Mash
    - Ingredients: ½ turkey breast, 1 carrot, 1 parsnip
    - Instructions: Steam turkey and vegetables, then mash together.

15. Cauliflower and Cheese Puree
    - Ingredients: 1 cup cauliflower, ¼ cup grated cheese
    - Instructions: Steam cauliflower and blend with cheese until smooth.

16. Beef and Potato Mash
    - Ingredients: ½ cup ground beef, 1 potato
    - Instructions: Cook beef and steam potato, then mash together.

17. Avocado and Sweet Corn Mash
    - Ingredients: 1 avocado, ½ cup sweet corn
    - Instructions: Mash avocado and sweet corn together.

18. Mango and Yogurt Puree
    - Ingredients: 1 mango, ½ cup plain yogurt
    - Instructions: Blend mango and yogurt until smooth.

19. Banana and Quinoa Porridge
    - Ingredients: ½ cup cooked quinoa, 1 banana
    - Instructions: Mash banana and mix with quinoa.

20. Salmon and Potato Mash
    - Ingredients: ½ cup cooked salmon, 1 potato
    - Instructions: Steam salmon and potato, then mash together.


12-18 Months
21. Chicken and Vegetable Stew
    - Ingredients: 1 chicken breast, 1 carrot, 1 potato, ½ cup peas
    - Instructions: Cook chicken and vegetables in water until tender, then chop finely and add to bowl to serbe.

22. Pasta with Tomato Sauce
    - Ingredients: 1 cup small pasta shapes, 1 tomato, ¼ cup grated cheese
    - Instructions: Cook pasta, add tomato puree, mix together and sprinkle with cheese.

23. Cheesy Broccoli and Rice
    - Ingredients: 1 cup broccoli florets, 1 cup cooked rice, ¼ cup grated cheese
    - Instructions: Steam broccoli, mix with rice and cheese.

24. Banana Pancakes
    - Ingredients: 1 banana, 1 egg, ¼ cup flour
    - Instructions: Mash banana, mix with egg and flour, cook small pancakes on a frying pan.

25. Vegetable Frittata
    - Ingredients: 2 eggs, ½ cup mixed vegetables (carrot, peas, spinach), ¼ cup grated cheese
    - Instructions: Whisk eggs, mix in vegetables and cheese, bake in a small dish for 10 minutes in 180'C.

26. Chicken and Apple Balls
    - Ingredients: 1 chicken breast, 1 apple, ¼ cup breadcrumbs
    - Instructions: Mince chicken and apple, mix with breadcrumbs, form balls and bake.

27. Mini Meatballs
    - Ingredients: ½ cup ground beef, ¼ cup breadcrumbs, 1 egg
    - Instructions: Mix ingredients, form small balls, and bake.

28. Fruit and Yogurt Parfait
    - Ingredients: ½ cup plain yogurt, mixed fruits (banana, berries, apple)
    - Instructions: Layer yogurt and finely chopped fruits.

29. Sweet Potato and Black Bean Mash
    - Ingredients: 1 sweet potato, ½ cup black beans
    - Instructions: Steam sweet potato and mash with cooked black beans.

30. Carrot and Apple Muffins
    - Ingredients: 1 carrot, 1 apple, 1 egg, ½ cup flour, ¼ cup oil
    - Instructions: Grate carrot and apple, mix with other ingredients, bake in muffin tins.


18-24 Months
31. Vegetable Stir-Fry
    - Ingredients: 1 carrot, 1 zucchini, ½ cup broccoli, 1 tbsp soy sauce
    - Instructions: Slice vegetables and stir-fry in a little oil with soy sauce.

32. Cheesy Cauliflower Rice
    - Ingredients: 1 cup riced cauliflower, ¼ cup grated cheese
    - Instructions: Cook cauliflower rice and mix with cheese.

33. Chicken and Spinach Pasta
    - Ingredients: 1 chicken breast, 1 cup small pasta shapes, 1 cup spinach
    - Instructions: Cook chicken, pasta, and spinach, then mix together.

34. Mini Veggie Burgers
    - Ingredients: ½ cup black beans, ½ cup sweet corn, ¼ cup breadcrumbs
    - Instructions: Mash beans and corn, mix with breadcrumbs, form small patties, and cook.

35. Fish Fingers
    - Ingredients: 1 fish fillet, ¼ cup breadcrumbs, 1 egg
    - Instructions: Cut fish into strips, dip in egg and breadcrumbs, bake in 180'C until golden - around 15 minutes.

36. Stuffed Bell Peppers
    - Ingredients: 2 bell peppers, ½ cup cooked rice, ¼ cup grated cheese
    - Instructions: Cut tops off peppers, stuff with rice and cheese, bake until tender.

37. Banana and Oat Cookies
    - Ingredients: 1 banana, ½ cup oats
    - Instructions: Mash banana, mix with oats, form small cookies, and bake.

38. Pea and Mint Soup
    - Ingredients: 1 cup peas, a few mint leaves, 1 cup vegetable broth
    - Instructions: Cook peas and mint in broth, blend until smooth.

39. Egg Muffins
    - Ingredients: 2 eggs, ¼ cup mixed vegetables (carrot, peas, spinach), ¼ cup grated cheese
    - Instructions: Whisk eggs, mix in vegetables and cheese, bake in muffin tins.

40. Mini Quesadillas
    - Ingredients: 1 tortilla, ¼ cup grated cheese, ¼ cup cooked chicken
    - Instructions: Place cheese and chicken on half of the tortilla, fold, and cook until cheese melts.


24-36 Months
41. Vegetable Soup
    - Ingredients: 1 carrot, 1 potato, 1 celery stick, 1 cup vegetable broth
    - Instructions: Cook vegetables in broth, blend until smooth.

42. Mini Pizzas
    - Ingredients: 1 English muffin, ¼ cup tomato sauce, ¼ cup grated cheese, ¼ cup mixed veggies (bell peppers, mushrooms)
    - Instructions: Spread sauce on muffin halves, add cheese and veggies, bake until cheese melts.

43. Chicken and Veggie Wraps
    - Ingredients: 1 tortilla, 1 chicken breast, ¼ cup mixed vegetables (lettuce, tomato, cucumber)
    - Instructions: Cook chicken, chop vegetables, wrap in tortilla.

44. Fruit Smoothie
    - Ingredients: 1 banana, ½ cup berries, 1 cup milk
    - Instructions: Blend all ingredients until smooth.

45. Cheesy Vegetable Pasta
    - Ingredients: 1 cup small pasta shapes, 1 carrot, 1 zucchini, ¼ cup grated cheese
    - Instructions: Cook pasta and vegetables, mix with cheese.

46. Mini Shepherd’s Pie
    - Ingredients: ½ cup ground beef, 1 potato, ¼ cup peas, ¼ cup carrots
    - Instructions: Cook beef, mash potato, mix with peas and carrots, bake in a small dish.

47. Veggie Nuggets
    - Ingredients: 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, broccoli,peas), ¼ cup breadcrumbs, 1 egg
    - Instructions: Steam vegetables, mash, mix with breadcrumbs and egg, form nuggets, bake.

48. Tuna and Sweetcorn Patties
    - Ingredients: 1 can tuna, ½ cup sweet corn, ¼ cup breadcrumbs, 1 egg
    - Instructions: Mix ingredients, form patties, and cook until golden.

49. Banana and Blueberry Muffins
    - Ingredients: 1 banana, ½ cup blueberries, 1 egg, ½ cup flour, ¼ cup oil
    - Instructions: Mix ingredients, bake in muffin tins.

50. Apple and Cheese Sandwiches
    - Ingredients: 2 slices whole wheat bread, 1 apple, ¼ cup grated cheese
    - Instructions: Slice apple, place on bread with cheese, toast until cheese melts.
